Family Visas

Family Class

Through the Family Class classification of Canadian immigration, Canadian citizens and permanent residents may sponsor close relatives and family members for Canadian immigration.

Parents & Grandparent

Canadian national/citizens and permanent residents may convey their folks/parents and grandparents to Canada through one of two important programs: Family Class sponsorship or the Super Visa program.

Spousal and Common Law Partner Sponsorship

The Family Class permits Canadian citizens and permanent residents to support their reliant children, parents/guardians and grandparents, and spouse or common-law/conjugal partner.

Dependent Child

Through the Family Class, Canadian citizens/national permanent residents may sponsor their dependent kids/children, parents/guardians and grandparents, life partner/spouse, common-law, and conjugal partners.

Some Provincial/Territory Nominee Programs (PNP) offer Family Sponsorship with less stringent prerequisites than the Federal Family Class classification of immigration.

of the Sponsor

Notwithstanding being a Canadian citizens or Canadian permanent resident, the sponsor must meet certain prerequisites/requirements for Family Class Immigration Sponsorship.
