Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada have welcomed 2,750 applicants in the Express Entry pool to apply for Canadian permanent residence in a draw that occurred on Nov. 15. The Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of the most minimal positioned applicants issued an Invitation to Apply (ITA) was 439.

All applicants with a score over 439 were welcome to apply. While a few applicants with a score of 439 got ITAs, IRCC said a tie-break methodology was essential, which means just those applicants with a CRS score of 439 who entered their profiles in the Express Entry pool before a predetermined date and time were welcome to apply. For this situation, that time and date were October 19, 2017, at 12:02:28 UTC.

The present cut-off CRS score of 439 is 19 points lower than a week ago draw, which had a cut-off score of 458.
