Ontario Express Entry
Ontario Express Entry: Human Capital Priorities Stream
There is a temporary respite on Notifications of Interest (NOIs) being sent under the Human Capital Priorities Stream as of February 16, 2016.
This stream empowers the OINP to choose people who are qualify to enter the federal Express Entry pool and who have the required training, talented work experience, language capacity, and different attributes to help them effectively build up and incorporate into Ontario’s labour market and communities.
Ontario Express Entry:
French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream
The Ontario French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream is for French-Speaking gifted workers who have solid English language capacities and who need to live and work for all time in Ontario. This stream empowers the OINP to assign people in the Express Entry pool and who have the required education, talented work experience, language capacity, and different qualities to help them effectively set up and integrate into Ontario’s labour market and community.
As of May 9, 2016, there is temporary stop on the acceptance of application to the Employer Pre-screen application process. International skilled workers with employment offers that have already been accepted by the OINP may keep on submitting a Nominee Application.
Through this classification, Ontario employers can enrol foreign workers for affirmed skilled positions (characterized by the Government of Canada as NOC Skill Type 0 or Skill Level An or B). These employees might live abroad or in Canada at the period of application.
International Student Category
As of May 9, 2016, there is a brief stop in effect on new applications to the Masters Graduate and Ph.D. Graduate streams. International Ph.D. Graduate Stream

This stream is intended to attract people who are hoping to implement another business activity or purchase a current business in Ontario. Successful candidates will get a temporary work permit support letter; based on a performance agreement; to build up the business in Ontario.
