Most recent welcome round is the third in three weeks for well-known Express Entry-linked stream.

For the third time since January 22, Ontario’s Express Entry-connected Human Capital Priorities Stream has issued solicitations to apply for provincial selection.

The Human Capital Priorities Stream permits the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to look the Express Entry pool for applicants who have no less than 400 Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) focuses and who meet other qualification criteria.

Express Entry hopefuls who get a Notification of Interest (NOI) can apply for a provincial selection by Ontario. If successful, they get an extra 600 points toward their CRS score.

The OINP reported the new round of solicitations February 8. An aggregate of 89 Notifications of Interest was issued to Express Entry applicants with scores going from 433 to 444.

The OINP likewise reported that it “will be issuing NOIs all the time to candidates, who at [a] least, have a CRS of 400 and meet all qualification criteria.”

The OINP said the solicitations were issued to applicants who presented their profiles to the Express Entry pool between January 1 and January 25, 2018.

The solicitations took after a hunt of the Express Entry pool led January 25 at 2:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

This most recent welcome round takes after two past rounds on January 22 and January 26.
